Can I have a large print DBS application form as I am visually impaired?

DBS cannot provide large print application forms. We are investigating ways to offer this service in the future and will inform customers when this option becomes available.

In the meantime, the organisation who has asked you to apply for a DBS check can help you to complete your application form.
