How do I withdraw an application I submitted?

The Registered Body (RB) or applicant can request a withdrawal by using one of the following methods:

* emailing the DBS Withdrawals team at CSWithdrawals@dbs.gov.uk
* sending the withdrawal request in writing directly to the DBS Withdrawals team at:

1st Floor West
DBS
PO Box 165
Liverpool
L69 3JD
* Inform the relevant local police force (LPF) if the application is at that stage.

DBS does not refund the application fee if an application is withdrawn.
