How can I pay for my Update Service subscription?
We cannot take payment for an Update Service subscription by phone. Payment can only be made online using a credit or debit card. You will need to sign in to your subscription on the the Update Service Log in page.
If your subscription is in its final 30 days, there will be a link on the home page that says 'renew subscription'. Use this link to make payment of £16 for another year.
Once an Update Service subscription has expired it cannot be reinstated.
To re-subscribe, you will need to apply for a new Standard or Enhanced DBS check and use the new application to subscribe.
