Do I have the right to see personal data that DBS holds about me?

Yes. This is referred to as the 'right of access'. Under this right, you are entitled to ask us whether we hold any personal information about you and be provided with a copy of that information, however exemptions may apply.

The easiest way to receive a copy of the information we hold about you, is to complete a Subject Access Request application form.
