I have received an Occupier letter, what does it mean?
DBS has sent an Occupier letter, in order to check whether they have the correct address for the person they need to contact.
Please complete and return the reply slip to:

Section A asks you to confirm that you are the individual we are writing to and to either confirm that this address is correct or provide us with a new address.
Section B is to be completed if you are not the individual we are trying to contact and asks if you could provide us with a forwarding address for the individual we are trying to contact.
